Rachael moved across the country in 2015 from FL to CO and switched practice areas from family law, estate planning, probate and guardianship to cannabis business law, a new and niche, risky practice area. She worked for another firm until she had her first kid in 11/16 and quickly found it couldn't make ends meet, so she left that firm, went solo, and had cultivated enough relationships that a few clients came with to her. Have grown the firm since then, had a surprise baby 11 months after going solo, and went from solo to a team of 6 during the pandemic. She also teaches jazzercise on the side.
