We have a great conversation about what the new Covid-19 restrictions might mean for restauranteurs in the state and whether they can survive the "new abnormal". We do end up getting into the cooking part of the whole adventure as well. Chef Manzo is a fun and interesting guy. Also his pizza should be classified as a narcotic(it's that good).
