Since we cannot manufacture vehicles that are ready for level 4 and level 5 in this generation, we can actually do something else today.
With the available technology we have today, we can do geofencing with no driver.
Imagine having a separate lane for autonomous vehicles.
That is something possible now and we hope that it will happen soon while the technology is still capable.
