Episode description

Feeling overwhelmed by the holidays? Join us for our two-part coaching workshop all about having a happier holiday season! We'll be talking about setting an intention for the holiday, creating good family memories, and how to stay relaxed and present as a parent. Learn our favorite holiday tool to get through the toughest moments and make your holiday season magical!

I always want my kids to have a magical childhood, but sometimes I worry that judgy relatives or my kids' behavior will get in the way. I know that all judgment is self-projection, and so I'm determined to be a relaxed, present, and joy-filled parent this holiday season. I'm also setting an intention of family fun and good memories so that my kids can look back on their childhood with fondness.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

  1. What is your favorite holiday memory as a kid?
  2. What are you hoping to impart on your kids this holiday season?
  3. What gets in the way of you being that relaxed, present, calm, engaged, joy-filled parent?

As always, thanks for listening, and be sure and head over to Facebook and you can join my free group Mastermind Parenting Community, where we post tips and tools and do pop up Live conversations where I do extra teaching and coaching to support you in helping your strong-willed children so that they can FEEL better and DO better.
