Are you addicted to the stress hormones? And that is where the problems come in and you have to pull the reins in on what are all of these dynamics that really need to be looked at in your life. What are the traumas, the toxins, the thoughts? All of those things, it's not just about one thing. All of this is about many, many factors.”
