In today’s episode of Master Your Mindset and Metabolism, we will be going over the number one secret to fat loss - your mind!  We will discuss what a habit loop is, and why it is so easy for your brain to stay in this holding pattern of repeating habits.

 

We will else dive into different triggers you may have that prompt you to suddenly crave that chocolate cake, or crave that late night bag of chips.  I will teach you a trick to ask yourself if you’re mindlessly looking for a snack due to a trigger or if you are present and aware of your decision. And finally, I’ll help you transition to the habits of a mindful eater.
