#1: Mark Gober - Self-Empowerment, Metaphysics, and Discovering Truth

On this episode, I have the honor of Mark Gober joining us for the first episode of The Syntourage Effect. We discuss Mark's work, particularly relating to consciousness - the fact that consciousness is the fundamental foundation of our reality and what that means for our modern-day world. And being ok with not being certain on the nature of our reality. We discuss metaphysics - the blending of the knowledge of true modern-day science with the wisdom of spirituality and knowing thyself. Metaphysics can help to enlighten our world, leaving behind the not-so-useful aspects of both modern-day science and rigid religious dogma, so that what we have left is much closer to the truth - and much more helpful to humans in a very pragmatic, applicable format.
