When David lost his childhood best friend to obesity at the age of 21, he began to understand the struggle that can come from living an unhealthy lifestyle. As he watched his friend struggle with his weight through the years, he began to see how much he was suffering, his death devastated David. He decided right then and there, that no one he loved or cared about was ever going to die of obesity again if he could help it!
He now shares the tools he has learned from his 15+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, to help his students overcome stress eating, release weight, and change their lives forever... mind, body, and spirit.
