Old Fashioned (featured in Booze and Vinyl):
2 oz. Whiskey or Bourbon
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 Demerara sugar cube (or 1 tsp. of brown sugar)
1 tsp. of water
Orange peel for garnish
Muddle sugar cube, bitters, and water in a chilled rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice and add your whiskey or bourbon of choice. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
