Journalist Andrew Martinez, at last, joins the pod to talk about his career starting as a student reporter at Cal State Northridge's The Sundial newspaper (where he became Ryan's first boss) and how it took him across the country to continue his career. Now based in Boston at Bisnow, he talks about the state of the industry now while also looking back to the monumental stories that shaped him and prepared him for the work ahead.
