This spins off into people's consumerist identities manifesting despite ongoing global catastrophe, with examples of how individuals spend their money and some shots fired at sports in general. The guys then catch up with each other, Seb discloses his COVID-19 diagnosis while on break and Ryan caves to reading more Rick Perlstein.
