What Is Good Communication

Benn and Ashleigh are kicking off a new video series with this 1st installment being on effective communication. One of the things Benn had talked about in a previous episode was how one of the ways we communicate, is with a selfish bias in mind. We then project it towards the other person, and reject what is communicated back to us if it doesn't resonate with that bias. In this episode, they explore their own biases, and correction methods to create stronger communication bonds.
