A beverage behemoth

Keurig Dr Pepper plans to acquire the coffee and tea company JDE Peet's for about $18 billion. The idea is to shore up Keurig’s coffee business. But the brands coming under one umbrella would be Dr Pepper, 7UP, Canada Dry, Yoo-hoo, A&W, Stumptown, and Maxwell House, to name a few. We'll learn more about the deal.
