Jon Heck is the University of North Carolina Tar Heels Football assistant strength and conditioning coach. He also spent time coaching under Coach House, Joe Kenn, as an assistant strength coach in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers. Jon is a competitive powerlifter and strongman from Raleigh, NC. and was heavily influenced by Mark Bell.
