Dr Scarlett Smash & Dr Craken MacCraic have Dr Shirel Kahane-Rapport on the show talking about how senior scientists often exploit students and early career scientists to do science communication for free or for "exposure". Science communication is a skill that should be valued and science communication work should be properly paid. The MCHH crew discuss  #scisploitation and how the likes of the National Science Foundation are trying to stop the exploitation of students, indigenous partners, science communicators and others by scientists writing grant applications.
