It is time for us to manifest our miracles , to dive deep into the matrix to understand why it is that we came to earth , why we incarnated here , to manipulate energy , to understand the actual reason to manifest onto the planet and to become a high vibrational energy , and to impact and experience earth in such a profound way that I created a podcast to help you

Over a half of million of you have tuned in and have changed your lives , and today I'm going to dive deep into a topic that holds so many of us back F-E-A-R fear . This episode is titled Fear is a MF Liar , but it's really .
Fear is a motherfucking liar , and we're going to uncover how fear manipulates our reality , how fear drains our energy and how fear is the biggest reason that we are not manifesting our true desires . So hold on tight , buckle in , put your tables up . So hold on tight , buckle in , put your tables up .
It is time for us to launch a new path , to forge a new direction , to be in a different vibrational reality , because fear is an MF liar , and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that each and every soul who will ever hear my message knows this one fact . You cannot debate it . You cannot argue with me . There is no discussion .
Here's a statement that I want you to absorb , that I need you to understand . You , yeah , you , the person that hit play . You , the person who's following me on Spotify . You , the person who is listening , week after week and binging podcast after podcast . You , episode after episode after episode after episode .
You , you waited so long to incarnate in earth , to come to this matrix and whip things into shape , and then you incarnated and you became human , and they explained to you going from soul to human would be difficult , because you would believe that you were limited and you would believe all the lies and all the darkness and you'd be ruled in that way .
And you said no , I'm a light being . I'm going to go in down there . I'm going to manipulate energy . I'm going to control money . I'm going to go in down there . I'm going to manipulate energy . I'm going to control money . I'm going to control love .
I am going to experience the deep emotions you can only experience being a human and I'm going to shed light into dark spaces . But now , now , here's the undeniable fact you have chosen . Listen to me here . I need you to understand this , because I'm going to explain to you the science . I'm going to explain to you why your brain works this way .
I'm going to break it down for you today .
But I want you to agree on this one point before we move forward If you are not fully operating regardless of a net , if you are not trust falling backwards into the universe , if you are not simply saying I trust , I let go , I'm going to quit that job , I'm going to break that relationship up , I'm going to take her next course .
You , my friend , are ruled by fear . You worship fear , you idolize fear and you pray to fear . Hear that again , you incarnated on earth and you are worshiping and idolizing fear , but it's not your fault , and I know , I know . I know you did not come down to earth to be ruled by fear . When you were born , you didn't know fear . You were taught this .
That's the good lesson right now . That is the optimal thing in this moment . Why ? Because if you can learn it , you can unlearn it . Because if you can learn it , you can unlearn it . So let's start , you and I . Let's start by understanding what fear really is . Scientifically speaking , fear is an emotional response to a perceived threat .
Fear is important and fear is good in tiny , little M&M sized pieces . Well , of course , I would need M&Ms , because I'm vegan , I would eat real , but there's a candy that tastes just like M&Ms , but it's all organic .
Anyway , I am not going to let you think that that little bitty , tiny M&M that you can grab by the handful is preventing you from manifesting your dreams . We're not going to do that anymore , my friends . We are going to lean into understanding and dissecting it .
So what we want to start with is that this emotional response to a perceived threat only needs to be validated during the perceived threat . This is part of our survival mechanism . We need it , otherwise we put our hands on hot stoves , and hot stoves never take it off . We'd jump into the ocean full of sharks , we would do things .
That fear stops , we'll just walk right off a building . Let's just see . So when I say jump without a net , I don't mean physically , I mean vibrationally , but here's the kicker . Mean vibrationally , but here's the kicker . Most of us , most of us , the fears we've experienced today are not about imminent physical danger . They are psychological fears .
You may have a fear of failure . You may have a fear of rejection . You may have fear of the unknown . Regardless , scientifically , fear is an emotion that needs to occur for us to be safe . But we hold onto it . We give it so much information , so much power , so much energy , and it's completely been manipulated and used against us .
Kind of like if you've ever been in a dirty relationship and you reveal something super intimate about yourself and then your partner weaponizes that vulnerability against you , you learn that you can't really trust everybody , or in a parental situation , or whatever it is . The universe isn't this relationship .
Divine energy isn't looking to make you more vulnerable , it's looking to see if you've understood the lesson from that experience , scientifically speaking , let's talk about the role that the amygdala plays , and if you've taken one of my courses I even have a course called Fear is a Motherfucking Liar but if you've taken one of my courses or if you've worked with me
, if you've done a call or something of that nature , you know that I continuously talk about the amygdala . The amygdala is part of our brain and it allows us to receive triggers that are fear based responses , and there are so many studies that show how chronic fears impact our mental health , our physical health , our bodies .
When we do not express and release it , we can then absorb it and contain it , and then you have all these different diseases that are trapped inside of your body , because all of that is energy . All of that energy is just going over and over and over again , and so many of these studies show how chronic fear is going to increase our cortisol levels .
And what does that do ? It impairs our immune function . So let me give you a little story . There was this study that was done . It's the Sapowski and I might be saying that wrong study and it's titled why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers . So let's talk about that for just a second .
Whenever a zebra is going to a watering hole and they observe them for quite some time . They would monitor . They put little things on them , they monitor their heart rates and they're out here in the Sahara and wherever they are and the most important and one of the most vital resources they have is what Water ? And everybody goes to the same drinking hole .
So imagine that you're an animal and all you have is a clearing and you don't know if there's lions in the bushes , you don't know if there's tigers , if there's jaguars , if there's hyenas , and you had a drink every single day , a couple of times a day . So they said , let's see what happens to zebras when this occurs .
So they put a little heart monitor on the zebras and they studied them for quite some time . This study was done in 2004 . And they studied this herd until the herd naturally would die .
And then they did autopsies on the herd and what they found is directly linked to manifesting and that's why I'm bringing it up when the zebras would go down normal heart rate , all of a sudden , alligator threat , whatever it is . They hear an elephant's footprints . They hear a jaguar in the bushes , whatever it is , rhinoceros coming .
I don't know what their natural predators are . I'm just assuming here . If they were there at the watering hole , all of a sudden , their heart rate would jump up to nuclear right Like this person is going into cardiac arrest . We need a defibrillator . No , it went very , very high and those cortisol levels shot all the way the fuck up . And then what ?
As soon I want you to understand this , I want you to hear this deeply , as soon as soon within seconds of the threat being gone or eliminated , or not really a threat , the zebra's heart rate went all the way back to normal .
This is unlike humans when we have a perceived threat , we keep looking for the threat everywhere we are , and so , therefore , our cortisol levels are shot up , our immune is down , we feel more vulnerable , we feel scared , we feel alone and we feel connected to fear . But fear is a liar and we do not need to hold onto it .
We need to be like zebras in order to manifest things , be in that exact moment , without the fear of the money or the fear of the how or the fear of the when creeping in and blocking your manifestation , it will not happen and you will be unlike a zebra .
You will have ulcers , you will not manifest the things that you want and you will be blocking everything about the blessings that you came here to manifest . Fear often , and more than often , presents itself as this protective mechanism and the amygdala . The amygdala is part of our brain that absorbs all the fear .
So every little piece of fear you've ever experienced is stored in the amygdala . And then the amygdala is triggered by everything because , unlike a zebra who forgot the rhinoceros and the jaguar and the lion and whatever could be around , they're only reacting to what is the perceived threat and then they keep it moving .
And so our amygdala is engorged and it is overactive and it is impacted . So that prevents us from psychologically being able to be released in fear . But don't worry , I got you . And when fear presents itself in this protective mechanism but in reality it's actually the master of deception , it magnifies .
It magnifies our risks and it minimizes our perception of our own manifesting capabilities . This is what I mean when I say fear is a motherfucking liar . When I say fear is a motherfucking liar Now , I've shared countless stories with you about how I've overcome fear and how fear has directed my life .
You can listen to the episode , the two-part episode , of how I manifested my million-dollar house and how I had to fight through so much fear . But let me give you an instance that happened to me recently . But let me give you an instance that happened to me recently . I generally do not have fear .
There are always things that everybody has fear from , and we're all evolving and growing and because of the skills and the techniques that I've gone to school with that I've learned , I manifest at quite a fast rate .
Or I wouldn't be a master manifester and I wouldn't have the audacity to have a podcast called Manifesting Miracles with my name and say that I'm the number one podcast to help you manifest , if I didn't actually believe it . And I don't have a fear of saying that because it's the truth .
I was with my niece and we were in a perceived fun situation that became super , super stressful .
We were in a um like um you know , a tour , a trip advisor tour , and we were going kayaking and the instructor just completely left us and we were out battling the waters by ourselves and our whole tour group left and she's very stressed out and she's telling me go faster , go faster , michelle , go faster , go faster .
And my thought was she hasn't even seen the boats . Half a mile away I could see the boats coming back to the shore and all the wakes that were coming , and I thought we're sitting in a plastic clear bathtub that's going to flip right over and we don't even have life jackets on . I'm not even aware of how well Haley can swim . I didn't know .
And so my heart jumped into my stomach . And as I see these boats coming and I know this wave is , this wake is going to hit us and we're going to have to , we're going to have to figure it out , I slowly use
¶ Overcoming Fear to Manifest Miracles
some of those techniques that I'm going to tell you about and that I teach in my programs and pulled my energy back in and I saw the boat moving around us and I saw the wake not waking as hard and as frustrated and as angry as we both were at the situation , I really did keep my cool and I said just pick your oars out of the water and let's ride that
wave . And that's exactly what we did and we survived .
Now , if that had been me 2015 , prior to attempting suicide , prior to my spiritual awakening , prior to going back to school to understand , for 18 months , getting my mindfulness cognitive therapy program completed , I probably would have been panicked and screaming , maybe even jumped out of the boat or gone back to shore and not gone to the Crystal River , and all
those other experiences . But the universe had other plans for me , and so I want to discuss a little bit about cognitive disorders . And cognitive disorders are irrational thought patterns that can perpetuate fear and anxiety . And when we're working on these cognitive disorders and cognitive therapy , it helps us in identifying a couple of key things .
And when we challenge that , in cognitive disorder thinking , we are really creating something out of nothing , and there's a great book , feel Good , the New Mood Therapy , by Dr Burns , that really explains this . But fear doesn't just lie to us . It actively blocks our ability to manifest miracles .
You see , in the quantum field which is right in front of you , you are the quantum field . You can't perceive something . Something can't exist until you perceive it . Say it with me Something cannot exist until I perceive it . Something cannot exist until I perceive it . And in the quantum field , our thoughts and emotions create our reality .
Fear consumes a significant amount of energy , lowering completely disseminating our vibrational frequency and slowing down . What do you think ? The manifesting process ? I mean it completely blocks you . It completely blocks you .
And in quantum physics there's the observer effect , where our thoughts and intentions influence the energy around us , and if you haven't listened to episode nine or 19 , dr Emoto , how our thoughts change the quantum reality in water , how our thoughts change the molecular structure of water .
From Dr Emoto and now this study has been done at every major Ivy and every major university around the country , around the world . Our thoughts and intentions influence everything around us , and high vibrational states like love , joy , excitement are way more effective in manifesting our desires than what if it doesn't work out ? What if I can't do it ? What if ?
What if ? What if ? What if ? What if ? So how do we overcome fear ? First , we need to recognize it for what it is it's a false alarm and then we need to start to dismantle its power over us .
You really have to see it for what it is , and if you're not currently actively engaged in mindfulness practices , daily meditation , positive affirmations , journaling , shadow work , gradual exposure to any of those things are going to start reducing your connection to fear . Mindfulness when I learned all about mindfulness , it was like John Zin Cabot .
He's the one that kind of brought mindfulness to the country of the United States and he had something called full catastrophe living . It's how you and your body and your mind face stress and pain and fear and illness .
And what we learned from studying him was how easy it was and we would be hooked up to heart monitors in this how easy it was when you were doing mindfulness , when were you doing meditation , when were you doing positive affirmations , when you were gradually exposing yourself to shadow work , gradually journaling , starting to just really communicate with all the energy
that's around you and knowing how , to the emotional impact that fear had on my life went from 80% to 79% to 70% to 60% to 50% to 40% to 30% to probably where I am now , 20% to 15% , and I work very hard on that to get it even lower .
But I have to be honest , it's a moving target and when we want to let go of fear , we reclaim our energy and we elevate our vibrational frequency , because you cannot operate from a low battery . If all of your energy is being sucked in by all the fear you've experienced and all the doubt that you have , then how the hell are you supposed to manifest ?
And when we let go of fear and reclaim our energy , we completely shift ourself to another dimension . Living in a high vibrational state is how we manifest and the power of elevating our moods by breathing deeply , by holding those intentions , are not understated .
And if fear is driving you , I hope you understand that there is a psychological connection , a physiological connection , an emotional but , most important , an energy vibration . And if you're in a low vibrational state , you do simply do not have enough power in your battery to challenge fear .
You're only operating out of that basic bottom levels and so things move slow . So I want you to turn your volume all the way up and I want you to lean into the end of this episode , because we are about to close this show , and I want to thank you for your journey to uncover the truth about fear .
