On this episode of Manga Mavericks, Colton & Lum are joined by tokusatsu enthusiasts, Grant & Patrick, from the Super Senpai Podcast, to discuss Shotaro Ishinomori's original Himitsu Sentai Gorenger manga released by Seven Seas! Not only a comic which ran in Weekly Shonen Sunday back in 1975 that served as the tie-in to the television show of the same name, but was a starting point for what would eventually become another staple iconic tokusatsu franchise just as big, if not bigger, than Kamen Rider! While the comic itself is much more transparently a commercial product tie-in for an existing tv show than Kamen Rider was, that doesn't mean there isn't a lot to love!
