Daz Norton is the founder of Fendo UK (Integrated Defence Systems). Living a lifestyle of Combat Arts spaning almost 3 decades in the UK, Daz started training in as many styles and systems as he possibly could. However, it wasn't until working in front line Security (Store Detective, Security Management and Consulting, Bouncer, Close Protection) as well as working for Law enforcement in roles as a Police Officer and Custody Officer that he came to deal with serious violence on a daily basis. With the understanding of how to deal with aggressors, violence and survive high risk situations and environments, Daz developed his training methods based on pressure testing all techniques, concepts and drills to see what adaptions are needed to function in REAL situations. Daz continues to develop standards of training for professionals and civilians ensuring that everything taught and trained is relevant to the end users needs.
