Life Coach Lorena DeLeon is a 1st Generation Latina from South Texas in leadership. Mother of three and grandmother of two. She taught as a high school teacher, adult ESL, trainer and now in Management.
She is a recipient of the 30/30 Award during Hispanic Heritage Month for her involvement in diversity and inclusion. Coach Lorena has a passion for providing service to others all while embracing her Mexican culture and the idea of our ‘Herencia Hispana’ as well as standing tall as a proud American.
As a single mom raising three kids and still working on herself during the process, she found her motivation by seeing herself as one of the few examples to her children due to the lack of Latino representation. As a Coach, she guides her clients inwards to help uncover people’s self-power to work with their obstacles using a positive mindset.
