Welcome Dr Ilaaf Darrat to the powr podcast! I’m so happy Ilaaf was able to squeeze this podcast into her busy schedule and able to share her story with you all. Ilaaf is a pediatric ENT in Detroit, a busy single mom, a marathoner...and an ultra marathoner! She is a multiple time Boston Marathon qualifier and completed 10 marathons. We laugh over her stories of meeting her BFF running mama friend Hebah Hefzy (see season 1) and their many adventures. Please enjoy!
