In this Upanishad the student asks who is that One who we need to know so that we know everything? The Master says that we need to do work because we have a mind and body. But, in all that we do, we should be a medium of that One. To be able to be a medium we need to practice meditation and go within ourselves. Then we will know the One, who is the real doer.
