Chelsea Anderson is a writer, speaker and podcaster with a passion for mental health awareness, addiction recovery and helping people live their best, authentic lives. Her work seeks to create awareness & empathy for those suffering, both in families and society. Reaching out to historically marginalized people and advocating for increased mental health treatment funding are special priorities. As a member of the LGBTQ community and former U.S. Army soldier, Chelsea offers a firsthand perspective around struggles facing these populations. Much of her free time is spent conversing with those who feel alone and offering hope and friendship.
