#5 Does Fear Lead Your Life?

This episode was inspired by a recent conversation I had with someone about her career. As she was telling me that the people she worked with looked like they were 'dead inside' at the office and that she really wanted to make a change for herself, I recalled being in the same place. I also see how many people want to make a change, but a number of fears were hold them back.  A key part of our conversation centered around the questions people ask themselves when they are afraid, and how that impacts the direction and fulfillment in their lives. We then contrasted those fear-based questions with a more empowered approach to help move us away from being stuck.
