Trent Gray-Donald spend his first 16 years on manage language runtime, then moved over to Data and AI, and then Cloud Pak for Data. 

Dakshi Agrawal joined IBM right after his Phd in IBM Research, then Dakshi moved into software development, and in the 6 years in AI.
