Episode description

(PART 2) What I’ve noticed, is my ability to get stuck in the effort stage of a process - to the point where I can no longer see the process clearly, which leads to inaction. I am so hung up on the idea of struggle, that I struggle to get beyond the idea part.

The best way to avoid this is to eliminate extraneous decision making. Limit your daily choices INTENTIONALLY. Where can you delegate, automate, or postpone tasks that don’t need your direct immediate attention? Where can you pre-plan and do some prep-work to avoid these moments that require immediate choices. Our capacity for making “good” decisions is limited based on a ton of factors - including how many decisions we’ve already made that day.
