Episode description

TW: there is mention of emotional abuse throughout this episode.

the main goal of manipulation is a sense of CONTROL. Make sure you're comfortable enough in your own skin (and head) to make your own decisions. Common tactics to make you doubt yourself include but is not limited to: projection, dismissing, minimizing, triangulation, gaslighting, general control, guilt tripping, generalizations, love bombing, name calling, infantalizing, threatening, passive aggressive behaviors, etc.
