Shane O’Connor was a Naval Officer on active duty when he discovered that he had testicular cancer.
He was on the other side of the world with no friends, no family, and no support system.
Shane had two options. He could let life beat him down and he could stay down, or he could get up, become fitter, become stronger, and become more resilient.
Today, Shane is a cancer survivor, fitness & nutrition fanatic, amateur biohacker, knowledge seeker, athlete, an internationally performing musician, a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, ex-Naval Officer, fitness coach, master’s degree graduate, an avid adventurer (33 States, 35 Countries), and real estate developer & investor.
