Maine Italian Taste Test

In this Episode I talk about what makes a Maine Italian the unofficial sandwich of Maine. I taste test not 1, not 2, but 3 Maine Italians from 3 amazing local restaurants. The Maine Italian really adds to the flavor of what it’s like to live in Maine. If you want to try it yourself here is the recipe, or better yet come to Maine and try for yourself.  Maine Italian Recipe:

 1 -long soft sub roll 

3 slice -white American cheese

 2 slice -boiled ham 

1 handful - chopped yellow onion 

6 sliced - sour pickle spears 

1 - tomato, sliced

 4 slice - green pepper 

2 - Greek olives, sliced

 1 Tbsp - vegetable oil
