The truth of the matter is… there is no secret sauce. Everyone is nervous on a wedding day, everyone finds directing uncomfortable, everyone get’s that nervous, squirmy feeling before they walk into a room full of strangers first thing on a wedding day. 

Once you know that everyone is uncomfortable, even the filmmakers that you are looking up to right now, you’ll realise that what you actually have to do is get comfortable being uncomfortable.
