Mahabharat | Bangla | Episode 1

Mahabharat, the greatest epic that ever was, is and will be, was meant to be passed down the generations through shruti (hearing). Through this daily podcast, we are reviving that age-old tradition by reading out the Bangla retelling the great epic, Mahabharat, by Rajsekhar Basu, Parashuram. This episode starts in the 'Adiparba' of the Mahabharat, where Souti introduces the sages at Noimisharanya to the Mahabharat, and we get to know why and how this epic came to be known as the "Mahabharat".
