David's background and traveling that he he did over the last number of years  and where has worked as to where his work has taken him. David spent a number of years in police force and also worked in the United Nations. Matt and David discussed unconscious bias and how that impacts us. We also discuss diversity in Ireland In 2019 and were we stand on equality and inclusion here in Ireland. we also discussed the role of communication and building relationships. David has a vast experience in NLP Neuro linguistic programming programming.  Also discussed leadership and so much more.
