MAG is Australia's highest circulating free music title. In MAGCAST editor Jonathan Alley profiles the content of the latest issue and discusses his monthly music recommendations in depth. This MAGCAST he talks about Jet's new album Shaka Rock, Zounds by Dappled Cities, and the album Call Signs by Melbourne band Black Cab. The film/music project Last Hope, featuring Machine Translations' clip The Sea is Rising is also a part of MAG recommends this month. He also briefly previews the September edition of MAG featuring Rodrigo y Gabriela and The Beatles. He also mentions subscription offers and the MAG twitter feed. Tech Mag editor Julia Gaw also talks about the TechMag cover story on Father's Day with special guest Danny Power and summarises the Tech Mag content for the month's issue.
