The month of August is special because it’s when India celebrates its independence. Considering the times we live in, which is tough and tense. I think it’s important that we all know and realise that despite the untoward circumstances that there is love and camaraderie between all of us, regardless of politics and borders. In this episode, I’m not bringing you indie music from India, but I've decided to travel just across our borders to our neighbours abode to bring you songs from independent music scenes in Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
