In this episode, Raquel and Jennifer talk to Joia Walker about how her experience with early menopause led to food and farming as activism.

Joia Walker, owner of Inheirited, is “chef turned farmer”, agri-culinary artist, and meal prep extraordinaire. She specializes in preparing healthy food that tastes just as good as fatty foods, made from fresh and local ingredients. She does it with integrity, keeping the customer’s experience in mind. What sets her apart is her passion for food in combination with healing. She wants to help create better lifestyles for her customers and believes that she can do just that, beginning with food. After recently diving into the agri-culinary industry, Joia is ready to take Inheirited to the next level, offering customers a farm to table experience.
