Time & Knots - Diving Deep Into Pause and Reflection With a Poet

For the first time, aside from my husband interviewing me, I had a male guest on the show. I had the honor of sitting down and diving deep with the author and poet of Time & Knots, Taran Singh. Each poem was thoughtfully and beautifully written to give you perspective on time, to give you perspective on life.

In this episode Taran takes us on a journey of how he came to write Time & Knots and his interpretation of his favorite poem and my interpretation of my own favorite poem from his book. Taran shares his wisdom and deep reflection of time. His poems are a reflection of our vulnerabilities.
