Join me as I dive into the idea of letting go. I recently had a conversation with a gum tree, asking her how she lets go so easily. What she shared with me blew my mind wide open. I share her thoughts here in this episode with you.
We will move through some gentle breathing and a meditation to help you practice letting go in your own life/being.
I encourage you to take time to sit and really listen to this episode. It would be good to do the meditation and breath work daily for a month or more so that you can really begin to feel the side effects of letting go.
