In this episode we are going to go through some beautiful affirmations for self-love , inspired very much by Valentine's Day , which it is today . So , no matter where you are , no matter what your life looks like right now , I believe Valentine's Day is for you .
I don't believe it is for couples necessarily , although that is beautiful , you know , lovely to really focus on loving and showing your appreciation for your partner .
But I think it's better to just celebrate love in general , you know , talking about the love you have for your family and for your friends and for your job , and for yourself and for your body and for everyone . You know .
Really look to love all on this day , particularly yourself , because your own self-love is going to reflect the amount of love you receive back from other people and it will also reflect your ability to show love and care for others . So , on that note , we're going to go through some beautiful self-love Valentine's affirmations .
You can do these in meditation form as part of a self-love practice . You can just simply have them playing around on any day just to welcome that loving energy . Or you could even repeat them with your family , with your kids , with your loved one , whoever you'd like to join and do these affirmations with . Completely up to you .
Let's take a moment to settle in the space , lifting the corners of the mouth slightly into a slight smile , being aware of the chest space , heart chakra , allowing a warm sensation , a loving sensation to fill the center of your chest , repeating the following affirmations out loud or in your mind after me , I am love , I am loved , I am capable of giving and
