This week me & Matt Macklin sought out one of our best ever amateurs, 2007 World champion Frankie Gavin. He's always shied away from the media spotlight but sitting in his Birmingham gym we discuss the pressure on top amateur fighters who turn pro, the difference between the 2 codes and the chaotic nature of life as a boxer. Regrets? It's fair to say that Gavin has a few but he also achieved a lot and I'm pleased to say that we found him in a good place. It was an interesting hour.
