008: Empowered to Train; Empowered to Succeed

Meet Emmy. Emmy is co-owner of CrossFit Speakeasy and has competed at many high-level CrossFit competitions including the Dubai CrossFit Championship, Wodapalooza, and the Reebok CrossFit Games Northeast Regional. Time and time again, Emmy has proven her fitness, and contributes a great deal of her success to maintaining a positive internal dialogue and a supportive inner circle of family, friends, and mentors. Together, we do a deep dive inter her competitive athletic career and her role as a mentor to her athletes and clients, being certain to have fun every step of the way.
