A Talk With Tim Savil : Importance, Gratitude and Perseverance

Lushea Wonders Why Special Introduces Assistant Director of Benefits and Revenues for Birmingham City Council ( BCC)  ; Tim Savil. We shall be discussing his professional motivation of reaching where he is in a large corporate Council. This includes a few pointers in being within a challenging role in being transparent, supportive and making management decisions to deliver strategic deliveries for the local authority. Making the man whom he is today .He explains the importance of perseverance, motivation, having supportive team in going forward into this field as profession keeps him humbly grounded.  How important is self belief ? Being within challenging time (COVID-19) or not finding ways to keep the public sector service going and accessible is a must.
