唐寺长崎

从16世纪下半叶至明治维新以前，随着九州岛北部的长崎成为日本对外贸易的主要港口，当地形成了以商人为主的规模不小的华人社区。德川幕府建立以后，来自江浙、闽南、闽北和广东的商人在长崎分别建立了四座佛寺，即著名的“长崎四唐寺”。除福济寺毁于1945年的原爆外，其它三座唐寺仍保留着明末清初中国佛寺的建筑风格和格局。
