In today's episode, Stanton wraps up his telling of Harm Reduction History and then talks about harm reduction's evolution, as a concept, into two incompatible ways of thinking:

There is "harm reduction" as the Life Process Program defines it; and then there's another way of thinking about harm-reduction-- namely, that "harm reduction = non-abstinence."  Stanton and Zach make a clear distinction between the two.
