Area Manager and Guide, Matt Dellow, is the second guest of a three part conversation series with the some of the important people who are in charge of giving you a next level experience when visiting a CMH Lodge for a Heli Skiing Trip. In this case, the Bobbie Burns Lodge.
We speak about the culture of having the staff and guests integrated in lodge to create a casual and welcoming atmosphere. His lodge, The Bobbie Burns, has recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation. He tells us about the differences between summer and winter operations, the lodge's amazing wifi and some of the different programs skiers can partake in.
Matt has been with CMH for the better part of two decades and has a lot of knowledge about the daily operations of a CHM lodge including how often the heilcopters need to filled in a day, avalanche bombing and safety protcols and much more.
