I'm back after a tooth extraction (ouch!) and discussing why we should be trying to connect with nature; connecting with nature can help us heal in so many ways.

After reading a particular chapter in the book I'm reading, Activate Your Light (https://amzn.to/3JvyiZe) I was inspired to look further into how to connect with our higher self by connecting with nature.

How we can connect to our higher self using nature
