79. The Third Eye Chakra

This week I got super carried away and went down a massive rabbit hole finding out how much the third eye is linked to the pineal gland, and in turn, how much that is linked to female hormones!

Anyway, for now I am focussing on its links to the third eye chakra, Ajna.
