Eleanor “Elie” Erickson is a facilitator, mentor, and public speaker with more than 20 years experience in the hotel industry. She currently facilitates training in industries from cruise lines to automotive companies, and everything in between.
She is a 54 year old empty nester with one adult son (who works at Disney World!) Her schedule keeps her on the road about 75% of the year, a lifestyle which she loves! Originally from Greenport, NY, she has lived in NC since 2000, and her current home base is Wilmington.
