EP 33  inspired and dedicated to EriKa Rose. THE SELF CARE HONEST CHECK IN EPISODE V is for vulnerability. I feel as this might be the most personal and honest thus far. I always talk about mental health awareness and self care. I am feeling confident enough to continue that talk but this time around I reflect on "WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW WITH MYSELF". All that glitters does not glow. My prayer is that someone connects with this.  My idea is to be frank as possible about my own mental health and emotional state. May this be the synthesis to the understanding and growth and the one episode people really fully listen through and connect.
