Loner By Necessity, Social By Nature

I am really excited and proud of this discussion and my co-hosts Yanira/Jose Delgado for having it with me. On this episode we dig deeper from a statement I made to my therapist. I told her I am Social Loner. My therapist replied Your not a social loner, You're a Loner by necessity, social By nature.  I thought wow, that's Deep because It gave me a different way to look at myself.
