Dear Anxiety, How Dare you. Love Always, Los

Me beloved Audience at the Lounge welcome back to the lounge. You Know Anxiety is a true Bitch, isn't it? I mean If you suffer or manage yours then you know and can certainly Identify with what an Anxiety Attack looks and feels like. I wanted to talk about a most recent Experience and how  I coped and why I even got to that place to begin with. A full blown Anxiety attack. Except this time I analyzed it, made mental notes to go back and think further into my own symptoms and management of it etc etc etc. Also A big shout shout to anyone who goes thru this or any mental health related issues. I must say Life has been chill and Happy to an extent as of late and I have much to be thankful for. But these exist and I am using this time wisely to inform and maybe help someone else get thru theirs.
