Let's start Season 3 with a bang with a very exciting guest!

In this episode, we have the wonderful and brilliant Dr Raven Baxter, aka Raven the Science Maven joining the Long Covid Hope Podcast. Raven talks about her full recovery from Long Covid, how it took a lot longer to cognitively than previously discussed and what she used to get herself back to where she was pre-Covid.

We talk about so many important issues, such as Raven's recent new job at Mount Sinai using her skills to help other long haulers as a health communicator, as well as the inequalities facing people of colour in healthcare.

Unfortunately, Raven was reinfected during this episode, but insisted on still appearing (and despite Sarah's many offers of rescheduling!) She is now back to full health, thankfully!

This episode is also infused with Reiki from Sarah. If you are interested and would like to accept the healing, simply state out loud that you welcome the healing energy. If not, never mind!
